Dynamic storytelling.
Mission-driven purpose.
Public Pixels Media is an award-winning creative studio built on a simple premise: all organizations can benefit from training and educational content made with the same care, creativity, and production quality as anything in mainstream entertainment.
We exist because explainer videos should actually
fulfill their purpose.
When California's Department of Developmental Services needed to train over half a million people on their HCBS rights — in 20 languages, across literacy levels, in formats that actually worked — nobody had a solution. So we built one.
That project became the most extensive animated training system in the developmental disabilities field: 770 episodes, 1.8 million print materials, 500,000+ views. Oregon adapted it in 20 weeks at less than 10% of the original cost.
Today we serve state agencies, provider organizations, and nonprofits across the country — with a diverse library of animated series and the capacity to build custom content for any program, any audience, any language.

Disney alumni. Emmy nominees. Annie Award winners.
Our team chose mission-driven work over commercial entertainment.
The talent is the same — the purpose is different.
Plus voice actors, composers, translators, and community reviewers who bring each project to life.
Four pillars. One promise.
Studio Quality, Non-Profit Pricing
Annie Award winners and Emmy nominees from Disney, Warner Bros, and DreamWorks — at rates built for government and nonprofit budgets.
Your Trusted Partner for Difficult Subjects
Compliance mandates. Rights education. Emergency protocols. These aren't marketing videos — they're critical communication for vulnerable populations.
20+ Languages, ASL, and Accessibility
The same high-quality training in every language your community speaks — including non-written indigenous languages where animation is the only effective medium.
Inclusive Employment at Every Level
